Would you be talking about LFO's "FREAK"? I just happened to catch the video on MTV-New last night with the presenter saying the director (?dunno who?) had incorporated nods to Chris Cunningham. It certainly is good - shot in B&W, cute little Oriental schoolgirls lock their teacher into the toilet cubicle and put the track into a tape player ("this is going to make you freak") and start dancing in the playground - using fast and slow-motion techniques.
