That's a an unqualified statistic. Most frequent poster in what period? The last day, week, month, year, decade, since the list was created? Not me. That's for sure. _muff._ on 17/06/03 8:21 pm the person going by the name David Dow at taoconductor@yahoo.com spake :

Good point. I guess I tend to ask open ended questions, so I'll rephrase it this way: Who do you perceive to be the most frequent poster? So, you can pick your time frame. Personally, my frame would be from today, extending back in time some arbitrary amount of time, which my female mind is probably not too likely to quantify very concretely. (I've noticed that guys REALLY like to measure things, and the bigger the number the better, usually) =) Lisa b Muffin wrote:

Ah, but there is a difference between measurement and quantification, which is what I expect in this instance. I thought women were supposed to be the rationalists? From my joining of the list I'd have to go with eggytoast, seekletek, Irene McC, Greg Clow and mxyzptik. Eggytoast is the winner in my mental survey. I may yet write a script to work this out. Or I may sleep. Now my question: Who has the highest percentage of off-topic posts? I vote for me _muff._ xo --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

how did i get pulled into this? I don't post that much... unless I simply make the most memorable posts ;D I'm gonna go with mr. jeff mxlthmlphlk (sp) or mr. clow. I think it has to do with the memorability of the handles. I don't believe Derek, Greg or myself have been posting with all that much frequency - but as I am now off work for several weeks and *almost* through with this semester, that may change. Until lately, my posts have been about 2-4 per week, and 2 of them have been ebay posting alerts. Seeklektek hasn't posted in a very long time. jeff --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

I'm definately not as prolific with the posts as I used to me. I'm still digging the music, just don't have the time I used to have to write about it. hey, I'm not saying that measuring things is a bad thing! I like you guys just fine the way you are... you can measure all you want. : ) I was just trying to answer a question about the specificity of my question. Irony? sure! irony can be quite fun! Lisa b Z Moser wrote:
