thanks to all the ppl who mailed me site names, i was able to track down
all the kit clayton i wanted and now hopefully it will arrive at my
house sometime. :)
btw if you haven't already heard of kit clayton and you like any sort of
german dub like basic channel, burial mix, scape, rhythm & sound, etc,
you should consider checking this out. for whatever reason he also
makes me think of burnt friedman tho i can't for the life of me think of
why.
lateral forces is made from seismic recording data, which sounds goofy
but isn't so surprising if you have heard his live shortwave set, where,
i believe, the only sample source through the entire session is a
shortwave radio. that said it is really in fact quite impressive. bla
bla bla, i'm too tired to describe these two pieces but they are both of
epic proportion, with a massive sound, and they sound tottaly d(_)b to me.
