Don and Roel Funcken claim to have made music since they arrived on
earth...and we believe them! They have been making music for the last
several years under several monikers such as Funckarma, Cenik and Quench.
They have released material from these monikers on labels from across the
globe including Neo Ouija, Isophlux, Dub, U-cover, Delekatessen, prospect,
and ON records, among others. Their musical output has been rather
impressive and equaly as heartfelt and original. The Funcken Brothers now
land at n5MD for a brief moment to bring you "Punctuated". Quench's first
release by a stateside label, "Punctuated" Shows Quench at their "cruelest".
With Intense yet subtle melodies, unpredictable bass-work and broken hip-hop
inspired drum action rounds out this emotional release from Holland's
Brothers Funcken.

This Debut CD from Canadian Experimental Electronica artist Spark will have
you saying to yourself?"where's has THIS guy been hiding?". The CD,
entitled "The Robotic Girl Next Door" is a timeless excursion of mad beats
and wickedly infectious melodies. Spark manages to walk the fine line of
experimentation and standard "songs" with great effect. "The Robotic Girl
Next Door" is an excellent debut from an excellent artist!

remixes that Tim Koch has done of other artists both in and out of the
experimental electronic genre. A quick scan of the tracklisting reveals
remixes of lackluster, marumari, proem, hrvatski, and even Tim himself,
among others. "Mine is Yours" is a wonderfully infectious mix of shuffling
beats and soaring melodies that Tim Koch is now almost infamous for.
