for those that asked me to post results re: LP mailers
Thanks to all who have emailed suggestions.
Keep in mind that these are US prices in dollars.
After looking at many sites, the best quality
( ie adjustable height, high burst count , etc )
and price I found is with:

They come to 65 cents in bulk of 100 and 66 for 50 lots and 25 lots.
They pay Fed Ex mailing charges.
Haven't used them yet but it seems to be pretty competitive.
