Greetings valued friends of Gardonia.
It’s about time we responded to a growing dissatisfaction we¹ve been aware of out there amongst everyone who¹s dealt with us which is perfectly justified. We know patience is running low out in La-la-land and for this we most humbly apologise. After much consideration we have decided to put badorb.com on hold for an approximate three month period.
Our efforts to maintain the original idea that we had for badorb.com have become untenable for a multitude of reasons which boil down to virtually everyone, including ourselves, not getting the experience we intended. We need to make big improvements to the quality badorb.com should provide to you all and as it stands, we just can¹t sustain that level of service.
We need this time out to sort out and complete all orders for bobs and togs up to Bob14 before we start working on following releases. We also need to work through email mountain to talk with you all and make sure that your orders are completed and that you are satisfied.
We completely understand if you would like refunds and we have set up an email address especially to deal with these remaining orders (returns@badorb.com). We would really appreciate the input from those of you who have dealt with badorb.com so that we can get a broader idea of how
we can improve things.
To those of you still waiting, we hope you appreciate that we will be doing our utmost to help you all out with your missing Bobophenalia.
