has anyone watched this? ive heard great things written on it by review sites but i was affraid that the websited might have been slightly biased in their evaluation of this 'ground breaking' video. saw rips of it on the internet and before i get the 300 mb download on my modem, i want to know it its really very good. post your reviews and keep rocking, teardropb --------------------------------- Do You Yahoo!? took a listen to the scuba compilation, but didnt pick it up (im more into the 'Twisted Funk' sound rather than the Naked Music / OM sound). sounded kind of like it was run thru some cheesy "mastering" plugin too...overbalanced on the high end...maybe all of OMs stuff sounds like that...i wouldn't know.\ on the other hand, i picked up the Oba Funke LP and it sounds fantastic and everyone i've played it for loves it! ..definitely one of the best "Intelligent Dance Music" releases of the year even if people on this so called "IDM" list totally missed it. oh and the karma giraffe is such a great logo....i want t shirts! oba is so far my personal fave for 2002 along with the new Squarepusher and Scattered Snares. Thank you very much.......thanx for honesty too ObaFunke is definitley a project of love.....mixed in the Hut Philly !!.......The mastering was done at sony in UK...... The scuba is a collection of remixes from the past few years.........they mastered in San fran and it could be a reson......plus they are all from many different sources......
