First off, big thank you's go out to JG for the surfstation.lu props to our website, as always it brings tons of new faces to the greatest site in the universe :-) . So here's the deal, it's tuesday and you need to get ready for a long weekend of doing absolutely nothing so come down to open air. Tonight is a special B'day for our lovely french singing-banking superstar Celine as well as a warm goodbye and dj set from FFlood. One should expect some Colonel Abrams, New Order, Like A Tim, Caberet Voltaire, Luke Vibert, sarah records era wake and a mashed up set of all sorts of things, the record camp way :-) Open Air is at 121 St Marks Place Its from 7 - 10 and it's free, comes complete with 3 beers and 4 cocktails until 9. Air Conditioned too, thats important and you know it. This wednesday at Static, Record Camp and Glitch service you in the lounge and Billy Nasty does nasty things to you on the dancefloor. Next Week at Filter 14, Wednesday July 10th Record Camp hosts the Ghostly International Idol Try outs tour with Live performances by Dabrye, Midwest Product and Doormouse [planet mu] as well as a dj set by Matthew Dear. You know and love the Disco Nouveau comp so don't miss this. The Midwest product cd isn't out yet but I've got to say, it's amazing, sounds like new order/trans am/plaid/tortoise and who knows what else. Also Dabrye is becoming one of the most talked about new musicians these days with his multitude of releases under various alias', his new record on Eastern Developments is just plain lovely. $5 w/ email or flyer $10 without. http://www.ghostly.com for more info on the label. for Filter 14 directions go to: http://newyork.citysearch.com/profile/11351746/ ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))- Website: All is running smoothly, expect upcoming interviews with Nautilus [Planet Mu], Jega, Playgroup and others. As well as designer splash pages but some of your favorite creative blokes. http://www.recordcamp.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
