What song is associated with video that involves red scribbles being drawn all over black and white footage of a city? At one point, the camera focuses in on a baby in a hooded sweatsuit and its eyes get scribbled in by a red/laser looking effect. It has a housy beat with some nice chords. I saw the video in 1996 or 1997 on AMP and haven't stopped thinking about it since. I bought Stockwell Steppas thinking it would be on there but it wasn't. Any help would be appreciated! I was checking out the dnb discussion while browsing the bbc's music site that someone posted the link to (which is fantastic btw, skip to the experimental section to get to the stuff us cool kids listen to - http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/experimental/), and came across this: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/alt/peel_features/bays_200203.shtml The Bays - Peel Session These guys do some wild shit. A drummer, bassist, keyboardist, some dude on cd players (sampling) & efx, and another on some more keys and knobs, all throwing together some amazing dub/dnb/ragga/atmospheric tunes. Totally fresh I think. Highly recommened. It's really wicked when the drummer kicks in on the break. And it's part improv which makes it all the more amazing. Enjoy, +batch --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Thanks a million for the lead- this is absolutely ace; as a drummer, I've always fantasized about this but I've never seen it come alive. I'm seriously all about this- check it out at any cost John --- "Matthew E. Bochnewich" <bochnewich@SNET.Net> wrote:
