I sort of assumed that it is the guy who is Fog - i.e. isn't it a one-man
project, with one guy doing everything? I haven't heard anything from the
album except that track, so I can't say for sure, but that's the impression
I've gotten.

Several recent releases from Morr Music and City Centre Offices have
featured electronic/guitar hybrids (although not always with vocals). Check
out the Static album "Eject Your Mind", it's quite good. And watch for the
upcoming Herrmann & Kleine album "Our Noise" - lotsa guitar & some female
vocals on there.
