Anybody able to understand the lyrics in Squarepushers monumental Untitled single (wap 155)? Some of the words are very choppy. Sounds something like this: "Squarepusher. Squarepusher. Sent to you. We enter here. Squarepusher with all the difference? of drum and bass. Sent to you for [???] We enter now for the sandwich? of d&b. And to you [???] our embassy." And later the childlike voice says something about bathroom and aftershave (amongst other things) I think. Anybody know what he really says? I'm trying to singalong here, but it's kinda hard without the words :) regards, urb --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

I always thought one of the things he said was 'Funkin' out on the FFT' (likely instead of [???] our embassy). _________________________________________________________________ Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

I think it's "different styles" but it wouldn't fit so he removed the space between the words, making it harder to make out...

That would make sense too, a Fast Fourier Transform being a maths thing used a bit in synthesis.... --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

i think you'll never get it coz the track is made in that way... not to understand it... same with "my red hot car"... isn't it? both tracks are a real masterpieces... especially the "untitled" one.. i think he even mentions aphex in the track or it just sounds like that... :-) squarepusher! drum'n'bass - bass bass bass! :-) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
