Keynell remixes is probably the best Autechre record. If you're into
more musical and melodic side of their output, this is a gem. Two long
tracks of chilled-out melancholic beautiful idm. The remixes have
absolutely nothing to do with original keynell 1-4 on skam. Originals
are also good, sort of 'pre-envane' autechre (cruhchy hip-hop'esque
beats). Tracks 1-3 are not melodically rich, but keynell 4 is a
gorgeous mix of nyman-like minimalistic strings and crunchy mechanic
beats.
