Hope i'm not too late on this. A couple of releases i would
highly recommend to sleep with (coming from experience),
would be Rod Modell's "The Autonomous Music Project" on
Lunar/Soleilmoon. This full length combines several casual
elements of air, water and random debris into a superb
platform to sleep inside of --I've been absorbing it for at least
2 years now? Works every time.. The other full length that
i've been sleeping peacefully to is Steve Roach & Vir Unis'
"Blood Machine" full length on GreenHouse Music. I'd also
suggest the lush full length by Sonogram called "Heartbeat
Submarines" (on Simulacra) that brings elements of soft
electronic pieces with subtle ambient atmospheres. And while
i'm at it, i might as well point out Aspen material on Involve
such as the classic "Are you that Retail Snob?" and Bevan's
recent "Music from passing Cars".. both are a good dose of
quality ambient electronica perfect to either sleep or make love
to.. either way you go with Involve content, you're guaranteed
a pleasure.. : )
