No, Lali Puna is not Tim Simenon. They are a band from Europe that shares members with some other groups like The Notwist. Lali Puna and Bomb The Bass did an EP together that was released a few months ago on Morr Music, but that's where the connection ends. I think you'll find Lali Puna is Valerie Trebeljahr and Markus Archer. They recently collaborated with Bomb The Bass [Tim Simenon] on the "ClearCut" EP.
