Yes, soulseek has to be my favorite file trading program. It is still in its infancy, and the developers are always working out bugs. But the combination of chatrooms and the ability to browse other's files make file trading extremely easy, and addictive. Although I didnot start using it when I first heard of it, I wish I had. What makes soulseek better than any other average file trading program with similar functions is WHO is trading there. I have found numerous full releases, that that I prolly would have never been able to get otherwise... 8-Bit rockers - Arcade Hits 9_lazy_9 alder and elius All Tomorrow's Parties BoC Bootleg Bogdan Raczynski - Teddy Bear Magix EP Lexaunculpt - Double Density Lexaunculpt - oh heres some noises prefuse73 - Vocal Studies & Uprock Narratives [WARPCD83] Richard Devine EP Various - Across the Cell Wall V/VM - Alien Porno Midgets v/vm - priveleged frames of reference 1-Speed Bike - Droopy Butt Begone! Bjork - Selmasongs Blech warp40mc Cex & Kid606 - Are Terrible Musicians Chris Clark - Clarence Park Christoph De Babylon - If you're into it i'm out of it Dirty Three - Ocean Songs Do Make Say Think - Live in Montreal Exhaust Jega - Spectrum [ZIQ002] Joseph Nothing alder and elius ASMZ - live netherlands (01-21-01) atom feat. tea time bomb20 Bullfrog ep1 & ep2 Coil - Musick To Play In The Dark, Vol.1 & Vol.2 Electric Company & Lexaunculpt (160) -chatterer Jega - Live @ Sinfest Solvent - A Panel Of Experts TOY05 (Digital) - Neurokinetic Compilation Bit Meddler matmos - quasi-objects Mix Master Mike - Rescue 916 o9 - No Delay For Days Oval - Ovalprocess squarepusher - Alroy Road Tracks squarepusher - Cooper's World - Vic Acid squarepusher - Go Plastic vsvn Bogdan Raczynski - Ibiza Anthems Vol. 4 D'Angelo - Brown Sugar fly pan am - live in montreal fort lauderdale frank metzger Gas - Oktember EP black dog - bytes Ceephax dead hollywood stars - gone west Delarosa & Asora Ninja Tune - Xen Cuts Push Button Objects - Dirty Dozen Another thing is that you can also get tracks there that you can't get anywhere else from unsigned artists like pyro, who, halluciphile, and DJ Dick In Yer Mouth. I suggest "spectral green", and "egg raid on mono". ... but don't take my word for it. Man oh man... can't WAIT, jeez, doesn't that all sound hyper yummy?! Especially with really original names like "Who" - but then, they were probably not even in nappies yet when the original Who was around. Yawn... dick in yer mouth indeed.
