However the burden of blame in instances such as that goes equally on the
audience. You can't really blame the performers all the time for a boring
audience of art snobs who just sit there and stroke their chins. Just
cause they refrain from the joys of moving, doesn't mean it is the laptop
folks problem.

But of those three, Blectum was the only one to show general sound
abilities during their set. The other two just danced and sang on top of
prerecorded music. While perhaps a skill in itself, not really a
musical/sound one at all. (Not to mention that Gold Chains was just full
on awful lyrically. C'mon, even Silk the Shocker or Vanilla Ice can put
together a better rhyme.)
Just because one can be silly and have a bit of personality doesn't mean
they are good musically. While I fully enjoyed Cex, I didn't feel any
desire to pick up his CD following.

Funny, you tour with folks that do just that. ....???
But still, I think we need to shift the blame from the sound makers to the
sound listeners. Ain't there fault the so-called "fans" just sit there
like bumps on a log. Sigh. Dull folk indeed.
Me.
