Great to hear a bit more about this guy. I was searching for his stuff in UK last year, and "The Critical Path" is a great album - note the Designers Republic artwork on the album and singles! It's on Higherground, which is distributed by (or a subsiduary of?) Sony UK. And I really have to mention that the Dissolve (out) single is awesome. I bought it because it has a Mu-ziq remix on it, which is pretty reasonable, as are the two Buckfunk 3000 remixes. However, the Phoenicia remix... is beyond words! It's the best track I've heard from last year. The female vocals (courtesy Deborah Anderson) are granulated to all buggery and spread across the whole track, with beautiful beats and synthy bits and... Indescribable really but wonderful.
