>any one know the release on this and what it's called? I checked bent crayon and Record time..and no luck. From http://www.matthewherbert.com : SL03 THE SOFT PINK TRUTH As yet untitled but out in the new year, this kick-ass 12 has already been turning a few heads when i've played it out. It's written by Drew Daniel from Matmos, one of the underground's brightest acts. Their new album, 'A chance to cut is a chance to cure' is written around the sounds of surgical procedures. In my Doctor Rockit guise I got to perform surgery on a track of theirs made out of a nose job operation. Anyway, this is Drew's solo project and is a mix of funk, house and intricate techno-style programming that is funny and deadly serious by turns. I must say how excited i am to release such a record and I wish there were more records like this out there. Track titles: soft pink missy/soft on crime/coat check/over you (no love) http://www.bi-wire.co.uk usually has the Accidental records in first, you can subscribe to their mailinglist to hear when it's out. But, more importantly, what does it sound like? cheers, :: peter cozijn :: pu@dds.nl :: huizen.dds.nl/~pu :: icq 1029809 :: tel/sms +31629392606 :: --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
