IMO, it's probably not Eoin & Sandison alone, but rather a larger group made
up of people from the Hexagon Sun commune. i remember reading an interview
with BoC awhile back in which they said BoC had once included more than 2
people (back in the early 90s). but i don't know, BoC are quite shady
blokes...after all, Hell Interface is them yet they keep that hush-hush.
as a sidenote, there are Hell Interface tracks on MASK 200 & 500: both are
electro tracks (nlogax style) and both have R&B vocals. well, for all you
trainspotters out there, "Midas Touch" from MASK 500 is actually a reworking
of a 1986 top 20 R&B hit "Midas Touch" by the group Midnight Star.

and the vocal from the Hell Interface track on MASK 200 is from the song
"Trapped" by Colonal Abrams (MCA 1975)--which, interestingly enough was
first sampled by Dj Jazzy Jeff & the Fresh Prince on "Trapped on the Dance
Floor".
for obvious copyright violations, BoC doesn't want it widely known that
those (Hell Interface) tracks on the MASK comps are them.
