1) fuck random music like that. It's all about INTENT and the coneyance of emotion other than boorish mundane "lets fuck with a tape reel". I am NOT dissing on Cage; like I said I havent heard him. 2) Sure its loops - not counting the tape, either. Loops is a general word, dudes. I'd ike to hear this cage and sure, Ken, you can find loops in anything you want to! but its there! And that was my orignal point w/ autechre. They dont just loop te same thign over and over again. Tho props to what Ben Mcdonald said - theyre looping some kickass shit.
