yeah i personally dont care if he hates everyone or not but put this in perspective, when he says he hates everyone, does he really mean 'everyone' -- i think that when most artists say they hate their fans they are generally artists who have grown in popularity outside of their original niche. like originally they were part of a scene where they generally identified with everyone in a lot of ways, and felt at home. then their music gets exposed to 'everyone' and you end up with the infamous edm kiddies and all the hangers on, people attracted by the 'cool image' of the underground, or drugs, or sex, or 'give us a snare rush'. so i think what they're really saying is, 'we hate the people who don't understand us, who want something from us we never offered, and who think they somehow own us because they're our fan' obviously i'm reading a lot into this and could be totally fucking wrong and i acknowledge that :) Clint Anderson Systems Engineer On Thu, Sep 3, 2015 at 2:02 AM, Jared Dunne <22tape@gmail.com> wrote:
