Subject:: [idm] Mixed Up in the Hague Tracklisting

Wonder if anyone out there has a solid tracklisting for "Mixed Up in the Hague"? Basically just compiled this one through searching song lists on various websites (thanks All Music and Sonic Groove!) Anybody want to correct any of these if wrong and add anything else? I'm especially not certain the Patrick Cowley and Sunscreem attributions are correct (not familiar with either artist).
