Yes definitely! I have one cd by Marumari already
called Story of the Heavens on the Cunsanto label.
Forthcoming is a new cd on the Vinyl Comm label
called Ballad of a Round Ball (with the vinyl version
coming out on the Carpark label). Marumari also have
tracks on several compilations including Lucky
Kitchen's Blip, Bleep (Soundtracks to Imaginary
Videogames), Mad Monkey's Enter the Monkey,
and the recent Mindfield/Faqt Ricci's Pieces tribute
release. The sound of Marumari's music is a nice
dubby Mouse on Mars meets Pole, Kit Clayton
meets FX Randomiz, or Arovane meets Fakesch
type sound. As you may have guessed by now,
I've been really thrilled with everything I've heard
from Marumari so far. I'm waiting with baited
breath for his new Vinyl Comm album which
seems to be taking forever to come out.
Marumari also has remixes on the forthcoming Kid606
and Hrvatski remix comps.
Regardless, I highly recommend you check out
everything that Marumari has done and the best
place to start is his website.
The official Marumari website, complete with
several mp3 for your listening pleasure, is at:
