I've been offered the opportunity to put together a soundtrack to accompany a 20 stage performance about "Birth". This will probably comprise lots of warm, floaty, ambient music, but one thing I'd like some suggestions on is : Can you think of something that would be recognisable as a heartbeat in a musical context? Doesn't have to be IDM - could be the bodhran "heartbeat of Ireland", or whatever. Any ideas very welcome! Thanks I *
