Reminds me, blessedly, that there is plenty of good ambient music yet to be produced in this world...yes, I think this must be termed "ambient." << if you have and like interstate, this is a definite winner and if you dont then you have something new to go buy. >> Just as the "amazon" track from interstate conjures up the rainforest imagery, this ep is seeped in the spooky deep beautiful desert vibes...as one who loves the desert, this *concept* works on me, having once devoted many hours to making the perfect ambient-electronesque tapes for driving through the desert. - Fred
