i just picked up the bodenstandig cd from rephlex, and it reminds me of dmx krew. its sort of a joke, but it is music. mostly made with a pc and an old atari, some of the sounds remind me of some old super mario-type game. about half of the tracks have german lyrics (which i dont really like, but hey) that are translated in the booklet. i also got the new br posse ep-dreaming of the bassline, which is jordan muscott (the railway raver) and this is the same sound as drop acid not bombs. i love it. the cd says its braindance, although sometimes i feel like getting up and moving around a bit (although i dont). definitely worth picking up if you like that acid house stuff. (anybody know of any other artists with jordan muscotts sound?) i also got the kiyoshi izumi effect rainbow ep, a 3 track cd that comes in an octagonal jewel case. the first two tracks arent really much to talk about, but the third is quite nice. havent really heard of much else by mr izumi, so i dont know what else he has to offer. just putting out a word for my favorite label, rephlex sam _____________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? That Bodenstandig stuff sounds nothing like DMX, pah fools! Anyhow, Andy is Tom's (Sq'pushers) bro, most of his stuff has come out on DMX's Breakin' Label After meeting him and Tom, Andy comes across as a bit of a twat... Ben,..,..,..,..,..,..
