Anyone know if there's anything in the pipeline? Has he recorded under any
other names?
Anyone want to recommend similar stuff?

straight from the bloke's mouth here is a rundown on what max tundra is/has
been up to for all those ineterested....
After the Warp single, I did a remix of "Helicon 2" for Scottish band
Mogwai's "Kicking a Dead Pig" remix album. I used a variety of real
instruments as well as electronics - Stuart from the band said he
liked my contribution best of all! Check it out - or I'll send a copy
if you can't track it down.
Aside from the forthcoming Kid 606 reinterpretation I am doing for yr
kid606 and friends release , I have just finished a new track "Doggy
Biscuits", which will be appearing on a compilation LP called "Cataract
Beats" in the next month or so on US
label PitchCadet. This is one of the best tracks I have done,
embracing a wild variety of tempos and time signatures during the
<240 seconds of its life.
I am collaborating with critically acclaimed upcoming British band
The Monsoon Bassoon (recent two-in-a-row NME single of the week
winners) on a 7". On one side I will be doing a cover version of one
of their tracks, and on the other side, they will be performing one
of mine. Since they are an experimental guitar-based band, the
results should hopefully be pretty exciting.
I am doing a similar thing with Thaddi from Digital Hardcore's
Sonic Subjunkies, on a forthcoming split 7" on City Centre Offices
(but you already know this, 606).
I shall hopefully be doing a remix of new Domino signings Woodbine
at some point.
As well as all this, I am attempting to write my debut album,
which I hopefully will have time to complete before the end of the
year. I shall perform all the tracks, using many, many musical
instruments.
Hope this answers a few questions. Feel free to forward the above
text to that nice man who asked about what I was upto, and indeed
anyone else who might have heard about my stuff.
I'm very excited, as I'm off to see one of my fave bands, The
Flaming Lips, tonight. Are you aware of their majestic output? Or do
you think they suck? Let me know.
Take care, all the best, Ben x>>>
so there you hav it, watch out for this guy cause he is cooler than orange
county idm remixed by gescom;)
luv
kid606!
