Over 10 years old, since that's when the definitive Industrial Swamp Jazz album, Barry Adamson's "Moss Side Story", was released. ObIDM: Whatever happened to Syne Language? (Gerard Hanson) When in Detroit last weekend, I picked up a $6 promo copy of a Matrix Records comp. called "Digital Sects 2" dating from 1995 (other artists included Sean Deason in his Freq guise, some guy named "Morgan Geist" as "Faumgeist", and some artist named "Crux" that appears to be some guy named "Andrew Duke/Cognition Audioworks" - who he? :-P ) Anyway, there's these two Syne Language tracks on here that are absolutely gorgeous, lush IDM tracks, especially "Red Bubble". Is Syne Language now residing in the "Where are they now?" file? Beautiful stuff ... - Greg P.S. Drove Andrea Parker back to her hotel last night and learned the piece of paper she was handed in Miami Beach was a $300 ticket from a cop for noise violations! (And this happened while she was DJ'ing!)
