Er, hello? Isn't the poll to discover the most popular records? Not the tunes that some people kind of enjoyed. Thats what the list does the rest of the year. But maybe I'm just biased, after all I thought Boc released the best music of this year (and indeed many other years come to that) CheerioAndrewC.
