Before someone tries to dispute which volume it came from, Future Sound of Jazz Vol. 3 on Compost (Germany) is the same as Future Sound of Jazz 2 [no "volume"] on Instinct (USA). Does anyone know if Vol. 4 is or will be out on Instinct? Mike

Isnt it on the Structures cd/2x12" not the Diversions release? Regardless, it's a good track. But my favorite RAC release is, by far the Double Jointed ep on Warp. -->-Lance--- p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states

Track 8 on Structures, perhaps my favorite of the RAC ep's, although I must admit, I really like the Double Jointed ep. Yet alas, my brother has jacked it once again. As far as RAC is concerned, could any out there fill me in on his story? Any current/pending releases on the horizon? Collaborations? -SAABhuman

RAC is basically Chris Duckenfield with help from Richard Benson and Richard Brown. Chris Duckenfield and Richard Brown also record more house/tech-house oriented material together as Swag, Point Blank, and Klarky Cat. They also run two house/tech-house labels called Primitive & Onari where they both record as Primitive, Vert, and Lapis Lazuli. Swag has also remixed a lot of other artists including: Moloko, Maas, Bjork, Ian Pooley, Green Velvet, Muzique Tropique, Jimi Tenor, and Hardfloor to name a few. Fans of Herbert's music will really enjoy Duckenfield's & Brown's stuff. But as for more electro/idm sounding material, I don't think Duckenfield has done any lately. -->-Lance--- p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states
