I tend to agree with you there. It sounds like a reject from the Richard D James album, but as someone already said, it's hard to tell from such a short clip. Is the person who put the clip on the site reading this? How did you get hold of that clip? Does anyone else around here get pissed off with tiny (30 - 45 sec) track previews? How can you judge a track from that? Eddie

Yah this is fucking bullshit . you rate a track on the entire length or not at all. Any way strange that on warp and the afx mailing list there is no one who knows of this new track. If this is a fake ....then mikko will have hell to pay!

huh? don't you mean if this isn't a fake.. Why would Mikko have anything to pay if it turns out to be a fake? furthermore I don't think Mikko would change his opinion of it after it comes out.. I know I wouldn't.. There are tracks by RDJ that I don't like too much. Granted, few and far between, but there are :) I thought Flim was beautiful when I first heard the clip, and knew it would be a great track.. and Aphex Twin does have a certain sound to his music.. A certain style, there's a few of them that he does.. Any artist soon develops his own unique style, and then it's quite easy to recognise them. Think of Autechre.
