he used to record for the overrated brighton based spymania imitators,
bovinyl [fifty points for the name! ;-)] he's got one ep a piece on Ninja
Tune ('cooked)', N-Tone('joyless fade impeler') , and Bovinyl (some thing
like 'bait bites bugger' or some sort of alliteration[sp?] like
that...actually, i think there might be two eps on bovinyl?) and an album
on ninja tune ('designs and MISTAKES'.. .emphasis on MISTAKE, IMHO)
i wouldn't recommend any of his work. (or anything on bovinyl, for that
matter, though the label head, tim, has done some killer tracks for
compilations under the milky boy moniker.)
it's all basic formulatic 'drill n bass'... you know, typical dn'b breaks
with those worn out 'thttttttttht tttht' drill-y breaks over an awfully
cheesy casio type melody.
