I'm off the IDM list for now due to volume, but I know folks there would be
interested in this, if it hasn't been posted already.
EAR/Rational has convinced FAX to do a reissue of Tetsu Inoue's "Ambiant
Otaku", but ONLY if they can get 300 advance guaranteed orders. The cost
