yeah, my vinyl copy of 'What's That Noise?' doesn't have it... I did find the track w/ vocals on vinyl recently though. I *think* it's been reissued. It's on the b-side of "Move The Crowd" 12" -paid in full (seven minutes of madness - the cold cut re-mix) ...there's also a mix of it which has a huge sample from John Couger's "Jack & Diane"...which is kinda strange.
