for the PC, it's Impulse Tracker, for the Mac, PlayerPro. but keep in
mind these are freeware/shareware, respectively. they were never
programmed to be commercially distributed. so be prepared to sift through
long lists of key-combinations, using the mouse/menu is dreadfully slow.
the equalizer, though, is the ability to use 16bit, 44.1kHz stereo samples
of any size (provided you have the RAM), if you're one of those types.
