as usual, more questions than answers, but in my continuing endeavor to get under the skin and into the mind of the mouse on mars/markus schmickler/a-musik/karaoke kalk axis, i came across a reference to strobocop, which is listed in association with kk. can anyone elaborate? also, can anyone close enough to any of this confirm that kandis is, in fact, one or the other of mouse on mars? thanks, sc

strobocop is from cologne. all I know is that he's a dj who regularly spins ambient etc at liquid sky cologne and d&b at certain d&b events. I didn't know he made music. he's a cool guy though and certainly has one of the best dj names I ever heard. --tom

I believe that DJ Strobocop's pseudonym is Karaoke Kalk. As far as i know MoM is composed of Andi Thorn (Koln) and Jan Werner (Dusseldorf). lord knows, tho, i've been wrong before. Jens Massel is behind Kandis and if I wasn't so rusty with my Deutch I'd likely know more. btw, has anyone heard or know anything about the Insync vs. Mysteron:Android Architect (Tenth Planet) full-length lp? marie
