seeing that download is being discussed on this list (and rightly so..),
one should know that the name of the group came from the last song on
Skinny Puppy's Last Rites album. a massive noise "ensemble" filled with
incredible sample manipulations and effects processing (they used the
"scratched up" CD gone berzerk method way before these "brilliant" IDM
bands...), which finally progresses to an 11 minute "solo" which simply
uses one mono synth and a space echo. you'd think 11 minutes of a
monophonic synth (no 16th note patterns either..) would get boring, but it
is incredibly beautiful. the perfect ending to an incredible song. give
it a listen if you ever get the chance..
