I hate to ask this question again... but why the HELL was AB5 not released? Did RDJ have another one of his "perfection" fits and decide that it wasn't good enough. Its a return to form (read: no new ground, but solid performance). For one, I like the AB5 promo (albeit via real audio, thnx AJL =;-) tons better than the RDJ LP. He scrapped this project and the Caustic LP, but released RDJ? I guess I won't ever understand _his_ tastes in his own music... guess you won't understand mine either, coz if I was him I would have scrapped this project for RDJ LP any day. of course I would have released AB5, but if it were one or the other.. __ __\ \ / /_\ \ \_____/ www.freq-div.home.ml.org

Nope....he may well have scrapped AB5, but the Caustic Window LP is coming out within the next 4 months. -- Ben Coffer Hybrid Productions http://www.hybridgame.demon.co.uk/

Actually, the Caustic Window LP is out (in limited quantities right now it seems...)- I don't know if this is common knowledge, but for those who didn't know....

since one of the people who has it has been pissed on as he asked ppl not to make any copies, i doubt anyone else who has it will dub it for you. but you can maybe ask multsanta to encode it as an MP3 and then you can burn it to CD or so. __ __\ \ / /_\ \ \_____/ www.freq-div.home.ml.org

then just give the damn boy a copy on tape.. then he can find someone to record it to CDR if they can do it.

Here at the "<A HREF="http://www.hyperreal.org/music/artists/afx/index2.html"> selected afx loops page</A>" I found that this guy has some ab5 tracks on there. I've been away from the whole IDM scene for a while. When did this come out? Has it been out for a long time and I just didn't know about it? Can someone help? rephlex released a few white labels of it about two years ago, and then richard decided he didn't like it enough to give it a full release... i encoded the entire thing in realaudio, which can be found at:: http://ltc.muohio.edu/~larsonaj/real/ab5.ra (approx. 40 min/5meg) eight untitled tracks, the last of which can also be found on ab4 ("cuckoo") np: Visor/Tom Steinle: "night interludes" |mult santa|| |north.pole.http://members.xoom.com/multsanta/|| |musik aus strom | paradinas | d'arcangelo | karaoke kalk | afx-list | +++|| _____________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
