Bloody oath they did! I have only heard the track once at my mates place but when i heard it i thought fuck they've sampled a slab of "Air Drums from Out Bongolia" for it. So i grabbed the cd cover and checked for sample clearance none was given, but it definitely is from that, not only has it got the bongo-line but the identical bass-line as well. Regards, John

Oh please, if anybody should be suing it should be The Incredible Bongo Band. Half there bloody record 'Bongo Rock' has shown up in hundreds of projects. Rocking album by the way if you can get it. Responsible for the 'Apache' break made famous by 'Westend Mobs' Electric Boogie. Jeff
