This would seem to be the case. The promo 12" out contains three tracks, one of which is called 'Triumphant' and is, indeed, triumphant! I never got around to buying 'Herbie's Shirts' so this is good news for me. Probably not for other IDMers. Its probably best to get the promo if you only own 'Shirts' as this may well contain all the extra tracks on 'Arps'. Anyone out there want to do a mini-review of 'Herbie's Shirts'? Cheers. GB.
