What's the story on the Warp Site? According to my math, it should have been up in early November. The countdown has been stuck on 18 for a while. Greg? I bought _Dead Cities_ today. The first record had four labels stuck haphazardly all around it. It was tough to remove them. Any suggestions on how to get sticky-filth out from the grooves? [Two stickers managed to wander way past the center-hole.] Strange: Bill's Records in North Dallas had at least _25_ copies of the second Gescom EP on Skam; all with the original sleeve and photocopied insert. I gathered that the general concensus on IDM was that this recording was a piss-take, but if anyone is interested, Bill can be reached at billsrec@airmail.net. Velocette is great. DJ Shadow's _Endtroducing_ is OK, but the final transmission featuring the Giant [It is happening again. It is happening AGAIN.] made my day. on now: "To Cure a Weaking Child - The True Story of Richard James" starring Eric Stoltz.

If you're referring to the LP (I saw it this weekend, but forgot the name of the album)... how many slabs of vinyl is this pressed on? Is it good quality? I'm trying to find ways of justifying the staggering $25.50 price tag I saw this for, and so far, an "OK" review isn't going to cut it. :-) I wish Mo' Wax would follow suit with Ninja, and set up shop over here in N. America, so we could see good, choice cuts at cheap, domestic prices too. -- guyjr@ns.gt.ed.net | I.D.M.- That stage in sleeping when your feet are a.k.a., Guy Elden, Jr. | moving faster than your eyes.

A full review is shortly coming, but I think Mo'Wax has sealed a [small] deal with FFRR. That's how DJ Krush and Money Mark came to the states. I might have the label wrong, but I'm pretty sure Lavelle singed a licensing deal with a US major to concentrate more on A+R. But, you're right, a Mo'Wax US would most likely cut some unnecessary fat and time between UK and US releases. And to think I almost bought _15 Levels of Magnification_ for $23.
