They will play the London Barbican on September 2. The show will last for 23mins and a CD of the full show will be released on September 22, with a video being released sometime after that. Tix are on sale now, priced 10 pounds. :) Paul ============================================== paul@hendrix.demon.co.uk http://www.hendrix.demon.co.uk/ <---------------------------------------------------------------> I can taste more than feel, this burning inside is so real... =============================================================

no, it's on Sept 2nd at 7pm, at the Barbican in London. Try subbing to the klf list for the next few days (mail majordomo@xmission.com with a "svbscribe klf" body) and that will keep you up to date with the buzz. Apparently the show will be 23 minutes long, may feature the "Acid Brass" ensemble, will supposedly be broadcast on Radio 1 and MTV UK, and is destined to be released as a single (probably on mute/blast first) J ^ Steady J aka James Skilton steady-j@geocities.com Autechre & SKAM discogs @ http://subnet.virtual-pc.com/~sk393820

C+D are doing a live appearance as "2K" at the Barbican Centre in London this coming Tuesday. It's presented by Jeremy Deller, who's behind the Acid Brass CD (brass-band covers of old acid-house classics) that was released this past summer, so the general consensus seems to be that D+C will be performing the new 23-minute version of "What Time Is Love" that the Acid Brass cover of that track inspired. The performance will be broadcast live through various outlets (MTV UK, et al.) with a single release of the performance planned for later next month. <http://www.mutelibtech.com/mute/2k/2k.htm> has some more information. -- ::: Lazlo (lazlo@swcp.com; http://www.swcp.com/lazlo) ::: Internet Music Wantlists: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo/Wantlists

I'd like to nominate this disc as 'goose bumper release of the year'. I bought it thinking "what a novel idea" and listened to it thinking "wow, this MUSIC kicks my ass". And then the bumps came... IDM affirmation in effect. Teep np: lonnie smith - move your hand
