I, too, would certainly love a copy of "Newbuild." (I'd just settle for a copy of the "Quadrastate" EP, though.) "Newbuild" probably takes the trophy as the single most desired trainspotter item in dance music history. Which is unsurprising, considering that every track on it is an acid house masterpiece. Unfortunately, I think you'd have to offer substantially more than your _entire_ trade list below to score a copy of Newbuild. It's as close as vinyl gets to being priceless. Damn the pesky label that put it out in the first place, anyway! Not only have they been total patootie-heads about rereleasing the record or releasing the pressing rights back to 808 State, but they never even pressed it on CD, so we can't make high-quality bootlegs of it! You and probably a dozen other people on the list. The pre-ZTT 808 State stuff is scarce, but Newbuild and Quadrastate aren't *that* rare -- the Hit Squad Manchester singles are a hell of a lot harder to track down. The Hit Squad Manchester singles?? I have an early single by them called LET YOURSELF GO. I thought 808 State was the one of the best, a while back. I haven't heard the new one, but after hearing Gorgeous .. I lost some respect for them. Kind of sad

I have the following: Let yourself go, but it is listed as being by 808 state not Hit Squad Manchester it is State 03. Quadrastate is state 04 and Newbuild which is State 02 and then there is the lounge jays-massage a rama which is 808 state w/ a guy called Gerald as well they kicked so much ass up until 92 or so, what happened? derek
