Er, wasn't this something from the 80s? I thought Freaky Chakra (just by their name alone) were Goa Trance. And Aphex? acid house? I've heard Aphex use a 303 in so few tunes. - Ben --

producer that has released tracks on the now-defunct (?) Exist Dance label and is signed to Astralwerks. The debut Freaky Chakra album Lowdown Motivator was released last year and Daum did a number of dates in the US inna tag-team stylee with pal Single Cell Orchestra. The shows went so well that we asked them to document the shows live in the studio, hence the forthcoming Freaky Chakra vs. Single Cell Orchestra album on Astralwerks to be released in early September. There will also be a remix 12" of two tracks from the album, "Trepidations In Love" and "The Way" (Out Mix) to be released in late July. There will also be a solo Freaky Chakra album in early 1997.
