Ok, time to find out who those Kruder & Dorfmeister are. Just got a compilation of something that may be called acid-jazz - "Multidirection 2" on Brownswood Workshop. Those 2 names are on "A tune for us" (track 4) which has an excellent breaky drum sounds and this SKYLAB#1 feelin. Other good tracks are "Spontaneity" By Jazz Brothers (E.Takehana - who's the bloke? reminded me a bit of Polyester's salsa) and "April In Tokyo" by Pronoia which is an acid-goa-jazz number that indicates a start of a thing that I've been waiting for to happen and will someday make goa disappear ;) Any Info on this compilation's artists is mostly appreciated. snowjob@actcom.co.il The Morpheus Equation: Start + Middle + End = Sand

Two fellows. Austrian. Bear a strange resemblence to Simon + Garfunkel. Two of the jazziest, grooviest mofo's you'd ever wish to meet. G-Stoned EP of theirs is the shiz. Available under the Quango label here in the states; I think. I don't know if they've released a full length, yet. .grant.h.horne .http://delta.is.tcu.edu/~ghhorne/

They are included on a load of compilations ‹Give Em Enough Dope, Ninja Cuts‹Flexistentialism, but no full length til later this year. Quango will probably put it out here in the US. In the meantime check their own label, G-Stone, for more groovy abstract shit like Tosca's "Chocolate Elvis." K&D have also done a remix on one of the recent series of Bomb The Bass singles. But I can't remember which one - I think its the same one has had the Jedi Knights mix of another track. J ^ James Skilton aka Steady J - steady-j@firefox.co.uk

Yup. _Sandcastles_ is the name of the 12", I believe. The Jedi Knights mix is even sweeter than K&D's, though.... ;) - Matthew
