IDMers in San Francisco this weekend may want to come on down to the DNA on
Saturday PM for a very cool party.
A company called IMC is putting out a bitchin' CDROM/audio CD called Spin
Control that features a slew of nifty dance tracks and a very cool audio
tool ("Mixman") that lets you mess with them in real time (for Windows
machines with Soundblaster-type cards).
The debut party is this weekend and it will feature DJing from me, Jeff
(Deluxe) Taylor, Daum (Freaky Chakra) Bentley and others. Live performance
by Bassbin Twins. DNA is on 11th near Harrison, party is from 9pm-4am.
Plus they'll have a bunch of machines set up so you can play with the
Mixman software.
