Regarding the (eventual) Peel session with FSOL. The first mail said it was on Friday 22:00 - 01:00, and then today there was mail from a O. Eggen saying it's on Saturday. I *am* going to tape the session (on DAT), but, of course, I need (really, really need) to know exactly when it's on! BTW, I'm picking up the Radio 1 signals via a satelitte dish, so the signals are not what you would call Hi-Fi quality, but more than good enough for the just-gotta-have-it-all FSOL fan. I taped/DATed their two-hour ISDN session on Radio 1 that took place about a year (?) ago, and its quality easily surpasses that of early Aphex Twin recordings. ;) /Oivind Idso/

According to BBC's own web pages, it is on Friday 29, 22.00. (Has the Brits gone to wintertime yet? According to the daytime services on some host, 2200 there is just like 2200 here.) On saturday, Carl Craig will be on the Essential Mix 0.00, worth tapeing to I'll guess. -- Jarl Ove Staurnes

No, it's not winter yet (although it's beginning to feel that way) - the clocks may be changing this weekend (I don't have a clue) but that won't be 'til Sat. night. Don't take it as gospel that Carl Craig will be on the Essential Mix - a few times I've read the Radio Times (official listings guide) and been misled, although I think he was supposed to play a few weeks ago, so perhaps this is the one, Rob. PS. Last time the clocks changed, we had an extra hour of house from Cream - let's hope Annie Nightingale does'nt get allocated it this time.
