I have two copies of the Relics LP. Both came out in '92. One out of Belgium on Buzz with all the "Relics" tracks, the other on Italian DFC which does not have the Relics tracks on, but does have the full version of Psyche - Crackdown, with the deep, deep intro and the French "vocals". Both have slighlty different track listings. I managed to get both at about \16 at the time. Chris.

Sheesh, sorry about that. Core dump. Just thought I'd point out that the Transmat 'Relics' compilation was reissued this week (according to todd p's update, anyway). This is about the best Detroit techno compilation you're likely to hear. A partial tracklist: 05.17 129 Derrick May: Long Ago 05.28 134 Rhythim Is Rhythim: Beyond the Dance (Remix) 05.25 132 BFC: Evolution 02.44 136 Derrick May: Long Long Ago 04.58 131 Model 500: Info World 06.18 129 Rhythim Is Rhythim: Strings of Life 05.10 125 Mayday: Wiggan (Remix) 04.38 136 Psyche: Crackdown (Remix) 05.12 132 Mayday: MS 6 ["It Is What It Is" Remix] 04.34 128 Rhythim Is Rhythim: The Dance 05.43 127 Suburban Knight: The Art of Stalking 05.13 130 Derrick May: Longer than Long Ago 04.39 128 Rhythim Is Rhythim: Drama 04.58 128 Suburban Knight: The Groove The "Long Ago" tracks are previously unreleased works by Mr. May. The comp also contains ten "Interval" tracks by May and Carl Craig totaling about seven minutes, and a two-minute intro for the Crackdown remix. it is out on both vinyl and cd in fact they are charging more for the vinyl than the cd from the distributor. Hmmmmm? Derek
