Small world, my ex roomate/dj partner is living with Omar Santana. Omar
has his H20H record label, as well as a new label called Tricked Out
Recordings which has one release so far called "The Dark Side of the Shroom"
which is kind of like the Dust Brothers with a lot more samples, It even
samples the Aphex Twin. There are some more releases on the way for
Tricked Out which will be focusing on "Hard Hop" as they call it.
Omar has his hardcore techno/gabber releases coming out quite often on
H2OH, which has prompted him to say "I am the hardest motherfucker in the
world," in an interview I have seen. And yes, he is a cousin of Carlos
Santana from Santana.
