no it's not going to be a night of "idm" or "ambient" but there i will be a
lot of interesting new electronic-based musics/visuals/interactions being
made, so put away your damned dictionaries and come out to a night of
newness...
*ambient-listers might note that member of WoodenWand and the Vanishing
Voice, Nonhorse, will be remixing the entire night's events (from music
made, to kitchen sounds) at the end of both sets on tape manipulations...
*what may also be of interest is my band, ChristianScienceMinotaur,'s new
partner, Jason Van Anden, an nyc-based media-artist who created a
touchscreen kiosk through which audience members will be moving around
bubbles of sound, tiggering sounds, composing, alongside us playing live,
with the bubbles projected on four enormous projection screens... it will be
cool as hell. (more info below)

ZACH LAYTON
Zach Layton is a new york based composer and improviser interested in
biofeedback techniques, psychoacoustics and perception. His work
investigates complex relationships created through the interaction of simple
core elements such as sinewaves.
Zach will be doing video and a live laptop a/v set.

Nathan Howe and Roland Toledo met while studying Urban
Design/Landscape Architecture in Pennsylvania, while
exchanging presentation techniques of glamorized landscapes. And that?s
exactly what their music sounds like!
